How We Work
At PSC we bring to all our clients a preparedness to challenge their views of themselves, their context and their situation and a willingness to help them create an honest, sustainable way forward. Regardless of the specific assignment, we work in three stages:
1. Through engagement: establishing a relationship of trust, based on agreed business and personal goals, realised through clear expectations, contracted responsibilities and principles of operating which focus on the integrity of our relationship with you
2. Through exploration: building mutual understanding of the current reality and the possibilities for the future, using various diagnostics where useful but fundamentally based on listening and conversation as the most important facilitating tools
3.Through embedding learning and progress: by setting up mechanisms to help gain alignment and feedback from others, capture and share learning and transfer capability within the organisation or with others.
