At PSC we believe in the value of information and data as a support to encouraging people at work to have effective conversations.

As such we design and provide on-line bespoke diagnostic services to our clients that include the following:

We provide these diagnostics to support our clients in the work we are engaged with, with a full report prepared as part of our remit. Our intentioin with diagnostic is however not to be prescriptive or interpretative. It is instead descriptive, We do not judge ourselves to be the “experts” on our client’s organisations or on who they are. Instead we work in a phenomenological way with data: we help find ways to reveal data that can be useful for our clients to better understand their current reality. We then work with them to make sense of the insights and facilitate them reaching solutions as a consequence.
