Who We Are
Paul Swift, MD of PSC, established the business in 2002. He is an experienced leadership development coach and consultant with over twenty five years experience of working with both private and public sector companies in the UK in leading culture change, people development and leadership development programmes. In addition he is a UKCP registered existential psychotherapist with his own private practice.
PSC works in a networked way with other consultants, coaches and facilitators of a similar mindset, but often diverse backgrounds, with the essential consideration being that we bring a coordinated emphasis on the importance of relationship. Our flexibility enables us to scale our delivery up and down depending on the needs of our clients. Collectively we work in a range of industries, including transportation, construction, professional services, I.T., oil and gas, utilities and the public and voluntary sectors.
