We work with teams who are starting out on a new venture, project teams who are functional, virtual or transitional, teams implementing new programmes of change, and teams who might just have been successful previously but for some reason have got “stuck”. As such we can work with a client team as a one off experience or we work with teams over a period of time. We create and utilise frameworks for team effectiveness that start and end with the client’s world and we design and use diagnostics that most support what the team needs to understand about itself and its context that will enable it to move forward. Through specific interventions and ongoing team facilitation and coaching, we work with teams to build and maintain sustainable performance over time, to agreed measurable outcomes.
